Lou,
You da man... I think that I have to agree with your assessment of the situation. Sooner or later, as things take shape, people will take notice. If there is a short out there he better think about how far he wants to carry this escapade. It is possible that Joe Murphy can come up with something on that front as well. If the price never does recover than so be it. I too, will take that final check and laugh all the way to the bank. It looks as if Houlihan has gone and thought this deal out to the final chapter before they even brought it into DCI's front door. I have to believe that the reason that Joe has signed so many LOI's at one time is because that Houlihan dumped them in his lap that way. "Here Joe, a few companies we want you look at". Joe looked, liked and signed, end of story. It has been a long road and we have a bit further to go till the final strech, but it's not far now.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! GO HOULIHAN!!!!

Bruce

Lou, We have had some great press releases recently (like every trading day for the past 4 !)but today's was the one that really got my attention. Today's press release shows me that the deal with Houlihan is for real and that DCI should have the financial backing needed to consumate the LOI's already signed +. The Houlihan backing appears to me to be the key piece of the puzzle that was missing. Nice to hear that the DD teams are already on site, I have the impression that bringing these new companies aboard is one of DCI's top priorities right now. Assuming that they all pass the DD and are aquired, the addition to DCI revenues is going to be huge.

As to why DCTC didn't move on this important news release? Good question. The buying was coming on strong in the AM, but by midday the selling started and the buying dried up. Could it be that if there is a large short as has been alluded to, that this group was taking advantage of today's lighter volume to take the price back down? If not sooner, I think that the tide will turn to the upside when we start seeing filings on these new aquisitions and get to see just how each deal has been structured and we WILL get our day in the sun. Still also feeling positive about the rest of the week despite today's performance.

James

Hairless, Looks like Muller is up for sale! So much for needing that revenue stream. I guess Murphy feels that we are strong without it!

vi

PS - Overall market reversal took more form today. As quarter earning disappoint, it could mean more pressure on the large caps and nasdaq. I hope that money pours in the small caps and speculation BB's!!!

>> These companies are being being brought to us by a much more reputable source than previous agreements.

You mean as in "wink wink?" gggg.

And in the 'oops' file, looks like DCI jumped the gun on one of Edge's pending alliances (see PR correction at biz.yahoo.com. Hope that doesn't cause any problems.
