Joe I'm confused on warrant conversion when you say redeemable at 140%.All I want to know is 1 warrant plus how many $ (is it 7.50) entitles me to one share of common. If it is 7.50 isn't the warrant within 2 1/2 points of being in the money, common at $5.

Joe,
I beg to differ----warrants always fly BEFORE a stock makes a big move.
Watch MIDLW tomorrow and see.
Good trading,
