OK, next best thing, you gotta go pre-1955 when the styles changed. You want a 50-54 Chevy. I'll see if I can find one. (What you are really looking for is a 46-49 Ford or Chevy. But they are too expensive. usually. That's the cool spaceship inside.) You will like the 50-54 Chevy. You'll be looking for one that somebody already dropped a V-8 into, which is not a big problem. Lemme see if I can find a pic.

a 48 Chev Fleetline ("fastback") 47s were identical for all practical purposes. I had one of these too, with a 350 in it. Problem is it is a favorite for lowriders, and thus has increased in value tremendously. This is the car you really want, but you will have to find one in somebody's garage.
