Arnie - I addressed the msg to you because I know that you are interested in fundamentals. Actually, I typed in most of this 5 page report two days ago, complete with tables, but was unable to post it
for some reason unknown to me. Here's one other tidbit re analog:

"In 4Q however, NXTL lost about 80,753 additional subscribers from its analog systems. Why? Of the 2,100 cell sites added in 1997, about 800 were added during 4Q 97. As part of turning-up these sites, NXTL needed to clear the spectrum of analog subscribers. To that end, the company notified customers. Although some converted, others either dropped analog SMR altogether or went to other services, such as PCS.
Clearly, we think that investors could get clarification on this point during 1Q 98 - especially if analog losses drop back down to the more normalized 40,000 to 60,000 level."
