Every situation is different. In this case, assuming the properties in Africa have value, so does the Company. Just because the management would embarrass the Keystone Kops doesn't mean there isn't still intrinsic value to the Company; the question[s] are: how much? and who really owns it?

Dave; I think people are jumping to conclusions , on this one
I never asked if I would lose all my money I don't know where
you got that.
This thing has been halted several times..this not the first,
if you don't own any don't worry about it.
I own a truck load and I'm not worried.
BOUGHT more today to..so how did I do that if it's halted.
Guess it's the broker some people use..I show over 10M shares
traded.

There was no halt - the bid and ask were crossed, ie bids & asks were both coming in at 1/64. Everything was filling immediately, so nothing showed up as a spread. If it was halted, there would have been no volume (duh!). As for the delisting, there's no evidence of that besides trader's rumors, which he has yet to back up with anything more than reliance upon his experience.
