Why do you get the impression Ancor is a "poison pill" company, i.e. against M&A? I believe the management team will consider a buyout plan when the time is right. I just don't think Ancor's ripe for picking just yet, nor, would it probably be in the best interest of the stockholders (or stuckholders, depending on how you look at it!)<g> to sell-out at the current low price point. There are indeed lots of shrimp out there and at least a few big ones should end up on Ancor's plate. And yes, no doubt Ancor will have to share a few with some even bigger fishes. BTW, I really don't think Ancor's strategy is to just buy some time and wait until the market is developed by others. Quite the contrary.
