Bruce, what could they possibly be waiting for?

I did like the fact that the cancellation occured just prior to the NAB show at which they participated, also that a press release was issued 1 day after the cancellation (I believe).

Now that STLC has stopped trading. Do we have to sell the shares to get the benefit of a tax write-off? Is Hammer Storage Solutions trading on the NASDQ? Finally, is Streamlogic obligated to send stockholders an official document explaining what happens to the shares?
