Walter, My understanding is PII is to set the maximium dosing to use to treat folks in a PIII. The side effects in this PII ranged from mild to moderate which is very good IMO. Perhaps Henry can discuss why they stopped at 100mg. Put another way, how did LGND know there was no benefit, that there was increased side effects or both, to increasing the dosage. squetch
