Steve, With this convertible stock could the VC's have short sold the stock at higher levels before taking up their rights? I ask because the short open interest on the exchange for ICOM in march seems very high, (Close to 1 mio). All the VC's concerned as I understand it have one managing partner (Citadel), so we could read this as just one interest cashing out!(Which could be for many reasons not just ICOM specific). Any thoughts on the shrt selling???????
