It is a wellknown fact that
tentative
or potential orders (not confirmed or paid for) are usually a different
pot of fish when it comes to actual sales.
Even if half the orders are coming though, TEXN looks like
a "doubler"

I don't think OTB-BB stocks need to report quarterly like "full reporting," companies do. I have done very little DD (read none) on this company. Do they have a website?
