The concern shareholders should have right now is not as much the potential future mergers, but instead the probable ongoing investigation by the authorities. Who knows more about this?

PROFORM, I wish it were that easy, y'see, Tonto is not bluffing, at this very moment, his compadres are , indeed, attempting to get a halt on TVSI. Go to the ADVR and RMIL threads, watch s martin & Tonto at work. They are here to create panic selling and doubt. Steve said today, now that the 10K and Q's are completed, he hoped the merger would be finalized and released in the near future. I hear Raabe is hard at work with a 'talented' group of financers who are helping expedite the merger, at least thats what I hear. Since s martins and Tonto's friends contributed to Next Level walking, Steve is very tight-lipped about whats' going on. s martin & Tonto are not benign, do not take your eyes off them, they are here on behalf of somebody who wants to see TVSI tanked.
