Chris,

I also have a NEW HI/NEW LOW system, where I take the 2,5,10,20 day moving average and chart it. You are correct, it is also saying SELL.

So, if we do get a pop tomorrow, as my short-term TA says - BUY PUTS ON THE POP.

There's an interesting indicator some people use:
If the new lows list equals 1% of the total issues traded,
that has been a sign in the past that a top is in for the
time being.

Yesterday new lows equalled 1% of total issues traded on the NYSE.
