Hello Matt: How are ya doin? Well it appears that the company is taking the necessary steps this time around. Giving themselves this cushion bodes well for the operation. Some of the statements contained in the editorial outlined by Graham Dickson should give some sort of credibility to the company. It appears he has made an attempt to put his best foot forward . With the statements he has made regarding the dam's structural integrity and water concerns time will only tell if his prognosis holds true. I would have to assume that some sort of testing and evaluation must has been done prior to him making such statements . Lets hope that the highest level of testing was done. He must realize that he is on the ropes and this is a do or die situation. To go out on a LIMB as he has done , I would think that he is taking no chances on messing up this potentially valuable enterprize. ..Good dayyyyyyy Ronald

Today's news story
"While Dickson maintained recently that everything is OK, and that seepage through the dam was within licence limits, Sherstone adamantly disagreed. The manager of the regional water resources office said last week seepage was above what was allowed for, and the instruments were placed there to provide a clearer picture."

The last news story.
"Dickson also emphasized there is not truth to the rumors that the tailings pond is failing structurally, or that the dam is allowing
more seepage that it was originally designed for."

I am very unimpressed with the senior management of this co.. Not only do they not provide information to shareholders, it appears that they are not being forthright in the statements they make.

Sincerely,

Al Cern
