re: Panther Resources

Check the EDGAR site to see their last quarterly re the cash situation. They made the Feb. payment so that's OK. I would say check the web-site inside the next week because they're supposed to be posting a fairly complete business plan there. It should have all the answers.

Robert,

I am wondering if you had a chance to take a look at the financials on Panther Resources. Their Stock has tripled in the last 2 weeks and I'd like to know if you have an opinion on where the ceiling is, or if this is a good long term play.

Word is that Panther is discussing a renegotiation of the purchase terms with the previous mine owner.
