What sales? 200k. Its' their stock and they have the right to sell whenever they want. As far as we are concerned we are looking for a meaningful number of shares sold. Insiders own around 18 million shares.Bill Gates sold some 5 million shares of MSFT during 1997 does that mean he is looking for a way out. IMHO management will never sell their shares in the open market if they want out. They rather sell the company, so that they get premium over the market price.
