Susan,

You need to find WMS' recent press releases regarding the spin off into another company (MWY). The spin off distribution to shareholders of WMS occurred yesterday. The drop in WMS' share price reflects the equity removed from its balance sheet and transferred to the other company.

Stock split, WMS and WMY I think.. WMY has 86.7% of the value and WMS has 13.3% of the original value..
