Hi Java,

I have been wondering when VVUS is going to put an end to the steady negative news and future earnings doubts. Management needs to pull an one or two aces out of the hole soon! Switching the earnings announcement from after the close to the next day during market hours would seem to suggest a possible news blitz on CNBC and the like. It better be positive. The markets are closed on Good Friday which makes for a real long weekend for fund managers and investors to either curse or cheer on VVUS on the following Monday opening!

The options expiration on Friday, April 17, 1998 will make that trading week for VVUS deadly or a turbo price charge to $12 1/2 where there are more than 4,000+ Calls setting there in open interest. That would surely start a short selling panic if they exercised.

You know, when the situation appears to be the worse of times, stocks can turn on the dime and go the other way. There is much too much negative feelings about VVUS right now! That's when a big surprise is most needed.
