Sorry, norm, I wasn't implying it doesn't add up. I was stating that apparently the WCOM/MCI deal cannot go through until the European Authorities? either approve, raise no objections, or state their issues against such a deal, as they did (momentarily) with Boeing and MCD. That's all. Sorry, but the rest of your post is just your individual speculation (IOM), and means nothing to me. Where're your facts, other than what has been "Speculated" here? Personally, I expect "rumour" to be "rumour," as the poster of that data openly stated it was. Additionally, I expect Frank Peters and the rest of the FTEL officers to reap the benefits of their labors sometime, somehow, someway. After all, Bill Gates and Michael Dell do EVERY year. When they do, we'll know. What their "personal intent and applications" are now is unknown but to them, and our speculation carries no weight. I, too, hope to reap the benefits of my labors, whether through astute (or lucky) stock purchases or digging a few ditches. I don't doubt the WCOM deal, and that signed piece of paper, my doubting friend, is no small achievement, FOR ANY COMPANY. Who knows, maybe WCOM will just purchase a percentage of FTEL/FNET [remember, you heard that rumour first from me, started now, based upon nothing more than my late night ramblings]; they can do that anytime, without offers to management or explanation to their shareholders. And Frankly, I doubt Frank and officers would be building these two companies if they intended to sell their shares before they were able to fully exploit their efforts, but what do I know?! Perhaps they'll join us all at RB and Vic and Mr. Sman's and snake and rr's Hawaiian Estates. rd Remember: "If I can fool my friends, I can surely fool my enemies." Famous Person.
