Thanks for the explanation, I still think this disposition of the shares is being handled poorly, but apparently it is by a brokerage firm rather than a mutual fund. I've seen several cases in the past where someone wanted out of a large position in a stock, and a firm has found enough buyers to place that block of stock without affecting the market price of the stock, perhaps that isn't possible in this case. Anyway, if there is nothing wrong with the company, this would certainly represent a bargain opportunity. I do remember that you posted something similar in the case of NRVH, and it rebounded very well from about 26 that I believe it was at at the time. Thanks again for your posts, I learn a lot from lurking here. Carl
