Ralph,

I understand that a representative from NASDAQ placed a call to Mr. Andrew Simon during the day as a result of the trading activity on April 7th. TASA management indicated that there is no news to account for the dramatic price increase other than what has already been released to the appropriate news services.

IMHO TASA is still undervalued and deserves to be trading between $2.10 and $5.03 as I indicated earlier.

$2.10 Valuation Calculation

$5.03 Valuation Calculation

Regards,

Tom

Guys,

Just to clear Tokyo Joe's name, the TASA post was made by "KLAW97" and not by Tokyo Joe, and was the third of only about 5 posts that he has made. Tokyo Joe's Cafe seems to get a lot of activity, and this appears to have "overwhelmed" TASA. I can't disagree with anything that was posted over there. Frankly, it just received a wider audience than was previously provided by TNL. Hopefully, a number of them will stick with the stock, although there probably are a few who were left holding at higher prices.
