I think the floorless debt issue may have been related to convertible debentures (a hot topic these days). I've been waiting for a follow-up to the March 4 news release when the company stated:

"that all disputes between the convertible debenture holders group and PKGP have been resolved in principle and a new acceptable amended debenture with tightly written and enforced restrictions containing a buy-out/redemption provision is being enthusiastically supported by all sides.

''If this agreement is finalized, all parties would then have a realistic future interest in PKGP's continued growth..."

So will it be finalized and when! Is there a problem with this agreement in principle and is this applying negative pressure to the stock price???????? I won't be a buyer until I hear more on this issue!
