I am not an authority on the subject, I found this link in another thread here in SI:

That should help clarify the issue. Again, my "hearsay" knowledge is that there are certain price levels that must be met, from there, it depends if it is FULL NASDAQ, or small caps Nasdaq.

Some figure levels, vary from $3.00 to $5.00 but I really do not know with 100% certainty.

I hope the above link may provide more accurate information.

Having said all that, I feel one must not invest in ICS based on the NASDAQ listing event alone. The value that ICS will eventually obtain, should be based on the capacity to generate future revenues and earnings, as they develop their client base. (Consider the market).

I believe Annasoft may have already considered such possibilities.

Yes, you can go to a bar on El Camino Real in Palo Alto, CA and get the next morning's Wall Street Journal at about 6:30 PM... the nite before publication [in effect, tormorrow's Wall Street Journal]. I have found that it is very expensive to fly there every day to get it tho'
