This is a way private company go to public easily and take ATCT cheap. Based on the news and ATCT information, I think ATCT is short in cash and almost no other way to finance. However, IQI have the money. ATCT is calling center is newer and bigger, and have contracts with AOL, ... recently, and IQI is older and smaller Calling center. Maybe (I hope so) IQI management know how to make money

The press release states that IQI was formed in 1996-1997 by the merger of three teleservices firms. It's plausible that this was a
way for IQI to go public and take out a cheap company (ATCT) at the
same time.

I've sent an e-mail to Scott Guffey asking about a conference call.
