09:21 ET UTI Energy Corp (Amex: UTI) 15 3/4: Stock prepared to surge 3 1/8 pts today amid online rumors that Diamond Offshore was considering buying the company for $28 to $30 per share. Few on the Street give rumors much credence.

Crude oil goes down and this stock goes down. Don't trade on hope.
Of course, I owned and sold this stock and now own may puts, which are showing a profit. When crude turns I'll sell my puts and buy this stock. Who knows for sure when this will happen,so I keep watching it.This is a good quality stock, good earnings, and bears watching.
