I wouldn't worry about Myriad... they already signed the collateral
agreement so we are half way there. I actually didn't get the impression
that they were saying today was the day as much as they were saying
that the anticipated closing date was today. There are too many things
in business that are out of their control to avoid slippage sometimes.
Shoot, the closing on my house was nearly delayed and would have been
if my mortagage guy hadn't been completely on the ball.. and that's
only a house... this is a $60MM company we are buying from the IRS of
all people! ;-)

I do believe it will finally close next week.

VBH, from the CC's I've been in on (about the past 5-6) the Myraid deal has been "in the bag." I don't know what's going on with this company. I stated yesterday that it was just good business to hold to your specific dates, and was trashed by a couple. Since posting, however I've noticed several who have said the same things that I said. They too are getting tired of these "next week" deals.

Yes, March 31, "but don't hold me to that."----A. Love

Again, not bashing this stock, I've got too much (for me) invested for this thing to go south, however I would rather Ira say nothing about future deals than to always say "next week," only to see nothing happen. IMO not only is this sort of thing unprofessional, but it also hurts the stockholders. What do I mean? Ask yourself, who is going to take this stock serious when these sort of things continue to occur.
Now as I read from a few posts' back, no news on Myraid this week... So when then? You guessed it: "early next week"
Hell, I can say those words maybe I should set my sights on being a company president. I'm going to start working on it today...let's see...next week, next week, next week, next week, YES!!!! I think I've got it... I'm CEO material.

Have a good one,

Lonnie
