Before any of you people blow a cork., I have owned Southernera many years., long before the dykes in S.Africa., way back when they were trading in the 1.5 range. Let me clear some points., here if you dont mind. First of all Sierra Leone., has been a marginal producer up to now., however they are only second behind Botswana as a value producer. REX diamond has a 3.3bil asset drill proven to 100meters at Tongo Fields.., of which they own 100% rights. Secondly they have producing fissures in S. Africa. Getting back to a comment alluding to Sierra leone being a marginal producer., that is correct. however the wealth of Sierra Leone is well documented with the Star of Sierra Leone having been extracted from the area of Rex and Diamond Works deposits. There stones average upwards of 300 per carat which can be verified thru stones entering Antwerp., illegally or smuggled. Currently REX is trading at a fraction of that one asset. Gundy last year had a price target of 10.00 or 11.00 C based on REX 100% interest on the 4 fissure deposits. As well value could be added in off shoot dykes., bulges and blows., small pipes as well., this has not been estimated in the Luc Rhombouts assessment or the Brian Lay report. Sierra Leone ranks only behind Botswana in value and gem quality. The Gundy Report as well ascribed 4.00C to Rex 3 fissure deposit., which appear to be producing a nice cash flow., and modestly profitable Now currently no value has been added to the stock in reference to sorting and polishing., which Rex has proven can add 50% to the value of a large stone. What else is not being told is that the Regubat Craton which Rex has staked is 72000 sq. KM located ON ARCHAEN Craton. The Ashton pipes to the S.E are located off craton., and are low grade thus far 27 discovered to date. The point can be made that REX has secured the best permits the size of Holland and Belguim put together., in the best geological craton which appears to be the mirror image of the Sierra Leone., Gunneia., Liberia Man craton which exhibits outstanding gem quality and large stones. If you think the market isnt going to value this stock according you will be sadly mistaken. I own Aber Southerna., and some Diamet., and view REX in the same league. I dont post on this thread., but when I view remarks downplaying the significance of Sierra Leone., I have felt these points should be clarified. As far as politically the situation in Sierra Leone is improving dailey. But in the meantime this company is monied up with 7.8Mil US and 100% claim blocks. The market loves virgins. Sincerely George J. Tromp
