IFLY board members meeting today....IFLYW (warrants) explained I know no one feels much like trading today but some info if (when)interested: I talked to Ted this morning and another gentlemen yesterday at IFLY's underwRiter (PH: 214-220-0693) and he sent me info on how the warrants work and other information. We're building a nice base of clients at the $4-5 level...getting rid of the short termers I just purchased the warrrants after talking to the Underwriting firm and receiving the fax. Here is how they work in the clearest language I know how: EXPIRATION: JAN. 13, 2003 (i.e. no factor to worry about) STRIKE PRICE: $6.25 CALLABLE: at $10 per share *******MAXIMUM GAIN******************$3.75 per warrant *******CURRENT PRICE*************about .46 per warrant (as of now) That's an 8 bagger. And you have nearly 5 years for the stock to appreciate to that level (i.e. $10) Yes, you have almost 5 YEARS for this stock to reach $10 and get your $3.75 per warrant (i.e. nearly an 800% GAIN from current levels) or you can sell the warrants anytime along the way just like a stock. If the stock itself appreciates to a level of $10 or more for 7-10 days (i.e closing price at $10 or above), the Company has the right to call them and pay you $3.75 per warrant purchased. Of course you could lose all your money if the stock tanks, but this one looks pretty strong as Joe said. I believe Joe's price was 11 on this and remember you can sell your warrants ANYTIME along the way. The warrants trade just like stocks....it doesn;t have to reach $6.25 for you to sell. With close to 200,000 warrants purchased this morning already, this investment is quite popular. The one guy said, the warrants were the really great deal, as the stock going from $5 - $10 is only a double He felt the only reason the warrant price was so reasonable is because people didn;t really understand how they work. When they figure it out, they will invest more heavily in the warrants (for what it's worth) OTEHR NEWS: INTENET STRATEGY (don't expect any big announcements right away) The company is close to hiring a PR firm (several were vying for that job) and will be discussing that and their internet strategy today at the board meeting. They want to do something different on the Internet, because they feel right now that PReview Travel and other internet services do NOT really give people the best fares. (I agree I have noticed this too). What they want to do is to set up a chat service on line, perhaps with streaming audio so that you still have the one-to-one relationship with the agent. THe agent, in turn, can give you the best price for that day and let you know of any specials that just came up. I like it! I would not be too discouraged by the lack of a gap this morning. It is actually healthy as we get more and more weaklings out and build a stronger base at a higher level. HAPPY INVESTING
