g'morning, Dave - yes, it looks very ugly. Not sure if it is a good year for Messr House so far. As I ve said last nite, since a principal was quoted in the original PR, I don't think BAY was making it up. If INSS is indeed trying to back out of certain verbal understanding, there must be some outside factor. Even so, while BAY may really be a victim, it will not serve us investor well [rationale: WS likes bullies, not victims!] I am way under water now, but if self-preservation is invoked, may have to bail! Don't know yet. Hope you are doing better <g> rgds Bosco
