Reg clean is coming your way via email.

WIN95 is ultra sensitive... likes to do everything ITS way. If you replace and re-add the modem, and
redo DIal up networking you may clean up the problem. Too often when I encounter a problem it is
corrected with "redoing" a process, from a clean start. WHen things go beserk I also will simple
reboot, just to allow it to clean up its own act. Msft windows is still a klutz...
