Obviously, the SYNT acquisition would have to be a friendly deal between the two companies. But for those more knowledgeable of the industry, could CA benefit from a SYNT acquisition? Are there synergies between the two companies?

Bharat Desai, CEO of SYNT, has set his sights much higher and a global vision to go with it. "Take the money and run" won't work for him and his compatriots. 50% premium won't cut it, either! Just an intuition. Ram
