Your absolutely right. Poweruser

The problem in this case is, as I understand it, it is also TT guaranteeing the put & pay and the take and pay through Mira Therm and Ontario Therm. For a institution to accept the put & pay and the take & pay as security the companies bound by these 12 year contracts would have to prove that they have the ability to fulfill these contracts. This would at the very least require some proven historical track record by the company, which in this case TT has very little.

I may be expecting to much, but when I am told by my bankers that the financing is in place, all I do is sign on the dotted line, until that point I am not told by them that its a done deal, it is still pending or subject to something.

Thanks for the input.

To who it may concern,

biz.yahoo.com
(found on the IECS thread)

Another competitor coming down the pipe? -- probably a long ways off, but they are coming (in addition to IECS)....

I sincerely hope that for the future competitive superiority of TTRIF, that TTRIF does indeed have large financing deals coming. The company that will be most profitable is the one who can build the most the fastest taking all the good locations (sorta like vending machines...).
