TED - Agree, he has his price. May be too high! 1000%? <g>

Note - he is not selling his shares, after the stock has more than tripled in price. That is more than 300% profit that he is not taking now. Why?

Instead SYNT wants to triple the number of authorized shares to 100Million to allow splits and stock options! Why?

People like him have extraordinary business acumen. They might sell current business but never quit their business of making money. Ram

Ted,

SYNT WONT SELL.. PERIOD. They have peer pressure as much as anybody. You think Desai would take the cash & run, when his compatriots are running successfully CBSI/MAST/IMRS/SEEC etc etc. He would look like a scooting dog with tail tucked. No way man. He is a king now at SYNT. What else he can do with so much money..?
