I just had a thought I'd like your comments on. When the Reg S was being sold into the float, most of the trades were going off at the ask, so we all assumed they were being bought right away. Could the MM have been buying up the Reg S at the ask and placing (most of) it in their inventory with the expectancy of selling it at a later date in the low .02's?

Could the MM have a bigger inventory that what we thought? Can anyone verify that (some or any LARGE Blocks of) the 50MM Reg S ended up in friendly long hands? I know we on this thread can account for some of it but probably not $500,000 worth.

Then again, the way Matt plays the market, he might have xxMM shares free and clear already...

KAA, it sure is amusing to watch how MMs manipulate the price. A tiny sell went through (5 or 6k shares) around noon, they immediately drop the ask.

(Showing on the intraday chart on Yahoo quote.yahoo.com

Best regards,

Milk
P.S. Hope after the upcoming PR we'll have better things to do than watching the tape<g>

Keith:

Are you saying that 75% of the Reg S (50 mil shares) are being held by investors? This would mean they are no longer in the float, is this true?
