Vis a vis the question of why the stock did not move on NeuroInvestment's recommendation; frankly, buy recommendations are the proverbial 'dime a dozen', including my own. In the current market for small-cap biotech stocks (i.e. nil) changes in my recommendations appear to move stocks down easily, but the converse is hard to pull off. But that isn't the point, the issue is longterm prospects, not micro fluctuations day to day that have nothing to do with pipeline potential. I regret that I cannot comment on my review of PARS because it may not have reached all subscribers yet.
