David, glad I could help. I think you will like the UCS paper and it sounds like an excellent price too. It's hard to believe they could net much after printing costs. Anyway, BLD had a nice jump this morning and I believe that it is due to a speech given by the Secretary of Energy in the US this morning that is just hitting the wires. He is releasing the US energy strategy going forward and it looks like fuel cells are high on the agenda for research money and promotion, both for autos and stationary power. I will post any articles I find. Regards
