I would tend to agree with your assessment re: the LITH letter of intent. I would apply your thinking regarding LITH keeping any arrangement under tight raps to the possible VLNC scenario as well. It's entirely possible that any agreement that may exist between Micron and VLNC has specific production capability milestone requirements of VLNC that have not yet been met. Pre-announce an unnamed customer could make that customer nervous, and would create a disaster if the deal crumbled. Lot's of "ifs" and unfounded assumptions, I know, but with the lack of any real news....
