A. I think you ought to call and chat with Dan yourself on the Investment Banker issue; but I bet he's six blocks ahead of you. There are some heavyweights (to the best of my understanding) waiting to drop cash on LGOV as soon as all the ducks (Nasdaq listing, over a buck price, etc.) fall into place. So, I don't think any IB's will ever have a chance to get there oversized and greedy wingtips inside the doorjamb! It's "...DEBENTURE..." and "...CONVERTIBLE.." anything that I never want to hear; because more companies have been killed by unscrupulous debenture holders and convertible whats-it conversions at the wrong time - than any other reasons I can think of. B. For those whom have a pocket of investment funds set aside to do what you fellows suggest - your plan works real well. For the less well heeled, buying on dips to accumulate is a very good strategy for this stock (....per Dusty). Buy-&-hold certainly works also (with a lot less ulcer production). Most of the really "wise" stuff I've learned has been from my Dad; who still has a ton of Raytheon and other stocks that bought ages ago - and kept accumulating. I personally wish he would sell some and buy a Rolls Corniche - but he's just an Iowa-conservative kind of guy; who likes dividends. I won't complain when a few of those shares get passed down, either. There's wisdom in them ol' cornfields!! I think it's important to share the solid foundation that LGOV has, the unbelievable potential, and suggest accumulation to those who can afford to do so - at any level they can feel comfortable with. Also. the more of us there are - the less chance the "MFMMs" will have to screw with "OUR" company. Some things in life are good. Puppy dogs, babies, Lifesavers, orange sherbet, graham crackers, peanut butter, Porche's, steaming bowls of Cajun shrimp and dark glasses,.....whatever trips your trigger! LGOV is GOOD! I don't care how or why you do so - but BUY SOME, and let's have some fun "BUILDING AMERICA" in China!! John M. Hollen, EE Design & Construction Engineer
