Hi Dwight - I wonder if the BOD was paid to Not Attend. The BOD also owns stock which was given to them by the company. Do you know if they on balance have sold their holdings over their term? I sure hope CEO Schmidt knows what he is doing. IMO the industry experience a BOD brings to a company is a critical component for growing a company. Schmidt can not do it alone and at best with a solid BOD their turn around is a 50:50 proposal. EKS Steve - Notice the 1/32 bid/ask spread. It look's as though the MM are trading the stock to generate net 1/32 gains again.
