Hi Mark - I don't think that Jim Morrison will be answering those questions. Those questions probably should be directed to Chris McNeill of IR. I think that he would tell you that the current # of shares outstanding is 6.2M.

The software program Jaws is Jim Morrison's creation, but Jaws the company is not under Jim Morrison's control. This in no way is meant to downplay Jim's contribution but that's the reality of the situation.
