Bradley, I understand you to be saying that FCC charges on IP calls won't affect FTEL much. I think you are mistaken, but I guess I'll have to see how the future unfolds if/when the charges come.

The republicans want to keep the special phone charges out of IP calls, but is that fair to the other phone companies that must pay special charges to help fund rural phones? I'm not so sure it is. Do you think it is fair?

Anyway, I did appreciate your input and found your points good to consider.
