Not necessarily. If CC people are selling shares they have not yet received, but eventually will, they won't have to buy on the open market to cover their short positions. But I don't understand what happens to them if DCI is sold BEFORE they can exercise their options to cover their shorts. Are those unexercised options forever dead? Would they then have to go into the open market to buy shares to cover, or..........??? George E.
