Barry,
I have never gone that far out on index options....hate to pay retail!<ggg>But I probably should start tracking the June's along with the May's.Surely, the fundementals will kick in by June and take this market down to more reasonable valuations.Ya think???(as my daughter says to me when I say something dumb or obvious)
Regards,
Barbara

Barry: a machiavellian thought: the feds probably know they need to hike interest rates half a percent or so to cool down the stock market. It is in their best interest not to do this until after tax-sale season, they are interested in collecting the maximum amount of taxes as quickly as possible to create a surplus, and they are using the stock market as the revenue source. If we see a major kahuna it will be tied to a fed rate increase- could be as soon as next month IMHO. Watch the bond market!
