Thought I would give you a few quick comments.

1. Sonic and other similar games are designed for Indian gaming. The bingo halls in Vegas don't need this type of product, as they have every variety of slot machine you can imagine. I'm not saying that it is impossible for Sonic to be used in Vegas, but I do not think there is much business opportunity. In Indian gaming, given a legal green light, there is a great deal of opportunity. Products are desgined for certain markets and Sonic is a product designed for class II Indian gaming facilities. I had previously mentioned that AGTI would be well served in utilizing Mark Sammons in marketing Sonic; however, I heard today that he was transferred over to BTC. I understand that many of the transferred employees have left, but I think that Mark is still employed by BTC.

2. Sega is not Sega (Japan). My understanding is that Sega Japan recieved 10% - 15% ownership for allowing them to use the Sega name. I am not familiar with the products that Sega Las Vegas has developed, though this would be good information to know.

3. If the JV is going to develop new products then R & D expensese could eat up revenues.

I like your questions and more information would be good.
