Allan, I certainly have no idea as to the status of the shares. Your earlier mention of it surprised me because I had not heard that before and was hoping for confirmation of it as well.

My notes on MGAU say that IPM owns 840K shares or 13.5% of MGAU. This data is at least 6 months but less than 12 months old.
