I think MS should take that as a compliment. The first versions of Internet Explorer, MSMoney, Windows, etc. were regarded as terrible, therefore, 'Sloppy' is good news for MS. I think it's some sort of tradition (or Marketing Concept) at Microsoft to make the first version of any product bad, so that future versions always look better than the past. IMO.

That was my personal favorite too. I liked the part where he got the poke into the MSFDC threat. Um, just brought more attention to CKFR. IMO.
