Re: cut not only corporate taxes but income and consumption taxes as well.

Without deregulation and discourage saving, IMHO, it will fail too.

CS, Bob -- True, and they don't take kindly to Advice from the Outside, no matter how subtly it is delivered. The impetus must be internal, or it won't happen until Japan Inc. is in a nasty recession.

And that will help no one.
