GaryB:Call me a pessimist, but this press release sounds to me just like all the others (sidestepping the properties MDIN owns and acquiring "new" properties) Ok, you're a pessimist. <G> I have no idea where you're coming from. These are the Andacollo properties that Howe has done work on. We've gone from mineral rights to buying the properties out right. MDIN "entered into a contract", hello? Did you read the same release I did. The very thing you have complained about, never acquiring, always being in negotiations, etc., they've answered. They bought the property. What are they doing with all the other worthless property? What other worthless property? Who told you other property was worthless? I'd really love to know. Probably the same person who told a shareholder I know that the Andacollo was worthless. Has anybody contacted Larry or Les and asked WHERE THE $10M CAME FROM? Yes, I called Larry as soon as I read the release. And I might add as a shareholder in MDIN, I'm quite satisfied where it's come from.I'm also very concerned about the mention of NPEC not sharing 20% of MDIN. I've commented on that on the NPEC thread. NPEC currently owns 14.4MM shares of MDIN as well as 20% of the Andacollo and Mina Claudia. NPEC "insiders" control plenty of NPEC stock. I forsee both sides being taken care of equitably. Cheers, KMT P.S. Don't worry about being a pessimist, I'm an optimist. And when we're at $5.00 a share, you can still be a pessimist, and I'll still be an optimist. (BTW, if I were a pessimist I wouldn't have been "pushed" into all the stock I bought at $.30 on NPEC and $1.50+ on MDIN.) So pessimists do have advantages. ;-)
