Can anyone answer three simple questions?

I've tried to talk to a human being at OAKT's investor relations. Turns out, they have a policy of not talking to investors. No kidding. The receptionist told me she'd be fired if she transferred to the call to anyone other than the voice mail. I feel pretty annoyed to say the least. With over 10,000 shares in my pocket it's safe to say that I am very long and (up until they wouldn't take my call) quite bullish. Now I'm worried. Are they hiding something? I want to buy more, to get my cost in line, but I need some indication that it's worth doing. I just want the answer to three simple questions:

1) Why is this stock trading at such a low multiple relative to it's sector?

2) Has the company's accounting practice ever been called into question?

3) Who are the two biggest competitors to OAKT?

Since they won't talk, perhaps someone here can help.

Thanks in advance.

(now I am going to go back and read through this thread for the past 30 days and see if some of these issues have already been touched.)
