I think what reponses you have had to your comment amounts to lack of information substance.

Those ducks you have mentioned will be returning north. We would want to know if they are going to find the same situation when they have returned. In other words, is this just a continuation of the failed Solv-Ex saga? If not, why isn't it.

We have an unproven and yet to be successful technology coupled with a near and longer term negative stance on heavy oil. Doesn't sound to encouaging an investment climate to me. I, for one, would like to know why you think this situation is a good investment.

Please do not refer me to press releases. I am aware of them, as well as the previous numerous releases from Solv-Ex. I know Koch adds to the creditability, but would like to know how they will, or plan, to overcome the failed attempts of Solv-ex. Did Koch buy into the technology itself - or were there other major considerations behind the cheap purchase of assets.

As Richard mentioned, we need to know more about those ducks. You may be right, but would like to have your comments as to specifics why you see investment in favorable terms.
