This clearly an outright lie, plain simple baldfaced and very public. No claim can be made to misunderstanding. In publishing this Asensio shows he is as corrupt as his sidekicks in Venezuela who ignore the Supreme Court. The ignorance and arrogance of this man is astonishing. If I was a Crystallex shareholder I would be outraged** at Asensio's total scorn for the truth and the law. No semantic hair splitting is needed. Asensio has launched a bloodbath on the innocent with these claims, so patently false that only the greasiest of tongues would utter or support them. Semantics is no excuse. Why did Asensio publish these lies ? Did he do it deliberately to take your money ?
